The answers to your (coaching) questions

I'm always sharing information on the benefits of coaching. And I get it, coaching is a big investment in yourself, time and money-wise.

I want to share answers to a few questions that might help you make a decisions that will benefit you and everyone around you.

"Why should I consider coaching?"

Reflection is necessary for learning and growth. Whether it's for your own personal development, you're a working professional looking for clarity on your next steps, or a small business owner overwhelmed with all you have to do, or just feeling a little bleh and needing motivation, a coach provides space and structure to help you understand what your values are and where your actions and behavior might not be aligned from those values or stated goals. A good coach can help you reconnect with what you love about your life and your work/business and support you in the goals you want to reach.

"How long do typical coaching engagements last?"

My typical coaching program is 6 months, but everything can be customized. Maybe you have a specific goal that can be achieved in a smaller time frame or maybe you want ongoing support. Depending on the need, coaching can provide accountability, support, and motivation.

"How do I know I will see results?"

Coaching is a two-way street. What you put in is what you get out. Having a coach typically helps accelerate you reaching your goals because of that accountability, support, and motivation that I provide. It's amazing what happens when someone is cheering you on. We'll both have expectations around what our coaching relationship will look like and you'll know what you're getting into before you sign up. *hint, hint* There will be homework between sessions.

Hope this helps answer some of your coaching questions. Have more questions? Feel free to respond to schedule your free 30 minute coaching session with me.

I'm cheering you on and rooting for you always.

Love,
Niki
